Refund Policy
You have 2 weeks from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. To start the process, please contact us at support@pinnacleautosports.com.

Return Packaging
Items must be returned in their original packaging and should be properly packaged to ensure safe transit. We strongly recommend insuring your return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. This fee covers the costs associated with repackaging and restocking the item, as well as payment processing fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pinnacle Autosports is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. If a package is confirmed as delivered but not received, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once a package is shipped, tracking information will be provided, and it is recommended to collect the package promptly. In cases where the package is missing, you must initiate a claim with the postal service. We apologize for the inconvenience, but Pinnacle Autosports cannot offer assistance, and no refunds or replacements will be issued for missing or stolen items.
